I used to work 70 hours a week at a sales job that left me stressed out, overworked, and sometimes flat out depressed. But I got lucky & stumbled upon a mentor who changed my life forever.
In 2017 I bought my first rental property, a 4-plex in Ogden, Utah. It was old & ugly, but it earned me about $1,000 a month.
That's all it took for me to catch the vision. So I went all in. I made way too many mistakes, but eventually I figured it out and 3 years later I retired with over $100,000 in passive cash flow.
I quit my job, retired for a bit, but honestly being retired at 28 years old was not fulfilling at all. I wanted to give back. I wanted to help people do what I did and become financially free.
I had joined multiple real estate investing courses and coaching programs along my journey, but there was 1 CRITICAL piece they all were missing...

No. Having your own money to invest does make it simpler with less moving parts, but if you don't have your own funds, we will help you raise private money or land a business partner to fund your investments.
Yes! With higher interest rates, downward pressure is being put on home prices. Yes, the higher interest rates eat up some potential cash flow, but this market allows us to lock in properties at a discounted price, and once interest rates drop in the future, we'll just refinance and have the best of both worlds. So it's an incredible time!
If you invest 2-3 hours a week into leaning & taking action, it's realistic that you can be into your first rental within 3-6 months. Once you get your rental, plan on spending 30-60 minutes per unit per month to keep it operating at peak performance.
Of course we are not running paid ads & paying employees without any return on investment. On your no-obligation call, after discussing your situation, we may share more information about our 1-on-1 Mentorship if you seem to be a good fit. We have limited spots each month, so we only offer spots to people who are ready to take action now & APPLY what they learn.
