Do I need money to get started?

No. Having your own money to invest does make it simpler with less moving parts, but if you don't have your own funds, we will help you raise private money or land a business partner to fund your investments.

Is now a good time to invest in real estate?

Yes! With higher interest rates, downward pressure is being put on home prices. Yes, the higher interest rates eat up some potential cash flow, but this market allows us to lock in properties at a discounted price, and once interest rates drop in the future, we'll just refinance and have the best of both worlds. So it's an incredible time!

How much work does this take?

If you invest 2-3 hours a week into leaning & taking action, it's realistic that you can be into your first rental within 3-6 months. Once you get your rental, plan on spending 30-60 minutes per unit per month to keep it operating at peak performance.
